My first contact with chiropractic was as a patient in 1982. I received treatment for a back problem from several Osteopaths and Chiropractors, and eventually came across McTimoney Chiropractic. When I had the opportunity to train this was the natural choice for me. McTimoney Chiropractic is a set of techniques whose gentleness makes it suitable for all ages. I am a member of the McTimoney Chiropractic Association and a member of the Royal College of Chiropractors. I am also registered with the General Chiropractic Council. Graduates of the McTimoney College have completed at least 4 years of academic and practical studies with concurrent clinical practice. The course offered by the college has received accreditation as a B.Sc.(Hon.) with the University of Wales. Subsequently I have gained a Diploma in Cranio-Sacral Therapy after two years study with the College of Cranio- Sacral Therapy in London, and I am registered with the Craniosacral Therapy Association (RCST). |
